We are living in a world where social media and online presence is taking over. If you don’t build yourself up mentally, spiritually, and physically, waiting on someone else to do it for you can be harmful to your well being. This is the best self-confidence books on my recommendation list.
Having confidence and a healthy self esteem takes a lot of work and if you’re not willing to work on yourself, you can’t get mad when other people confirm how you already truly feel on the inside. Your confidence is really how you feel about yourself and what you believe to be true about you as a person.
When you take the time to build your confidence and esteem, those deep insecurities that you have will soon fade away. I will say that you have to be patient with yourself and don’t be so hard on you. According to Forbes, men overestimate their abilities and confidence to get things done while women, on the other hand, underachieve in fear of being judged
I have compiled a list of some of the best self confidence books available to you:

The book chronicles her life after her Year of Yes had begun—when Shonda forced herself out of the house and onto the stage; when she learned to explore, empower, applaud, and love her truest self. Yes.
And that my friend is what I want for you to start today by giving yourself permission to say YES! This is why this book is one of the best self-confidence books out there.
